Our Apartment / Suite is perfect for longer stays. Comfortable and inviting, it has its own private entrance to the second floor which overlooks our beautiful gardens. The Hydrangea Room is accented with cherry furniture and old yellow pine floors. The floral design in this room creates a warm and comfortable feel. The room has a king size bed, large closet and private bath.

The Family room is adjacent to the Hydrangea room and can be reserved together with shared bath.

The Garden Room is a large room with original post and beam ceiling on the first floor of the farm house. It is very private because it is located on the far back side of the farm house near the gardens. The side porch is easily accessed from this room. Many of our guests enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of this room and porch. The Garden room has a brass queen bed, large closet and bathroom with tub and shower.

Our Lotus room was named for the beautiful water lilies at the corner of our property that start blooming at the end of July. Accommodations for this room is a queen bed and private bath. This room also has an adjacent room with a full bed. We only book the room for guest traveling together. The bath is then shared.
This comfortable room is a great place to enjoy a good book, listen to music, gather around for a movie or just sit by the fireplace and relax with friends.
Breakfast for us is a time to gather and share with one another. We have had many interesting conversations and have made wonderful friends at our table.
Each morning Hope selects from the many special recipes her Mother has passed down to her. We use the freshest ingredients. It could be anything from blueberry pancakes with a secret Vermont maple syrup sauce, fruit popovers or fresh eggs from our own chickens. We always offer coffee or tea, juice and fresh fruit. Breakfast meats accompany the meal as well.. We can also accommodate any special dietary need.
Our farmhouse was once apartments. After many years of renovations we have kept the two kitchens downstairs. The working kitchen (as we call it) is were Hope prepares your breakfast. Our guest kitchen may be used on a limited basis. We offer refrigeration, microwave, toaster oven and a coffee pot.
